Summer heat

Being young and in the southwest summer heat was memorably uncomfortable. Still it took several hours to sap the vigor and will to get out in it. Regular water was a requirement, without it anyone would die in a few hours.

Now that youth has passed, just taking a short walk sends me heading for the shade and quickly in for air conditioning. You can build up to it a little, like exercise, but the endurance of youth is gone.

Thought stuck in my brain

This thought has been stuck in my brain and won't go away. Scientists have thought for years now that there is no smallest thing, because everything is made of energy. If God is infinite, we and everything may exist in God's mind.
