My apologies to Laurene due to an error of my own or the hurun billionaires list used to generate another post on this blog. Apparently a leading 1 was omitted along the way. It should be 19. The hurun list may have partially been constructed by using Wikipedia, as hurun shows Walt Disney as the sole source of wealth, and Wikipedia shows this as the first major source of wealth. Unfortunately one must sort of construct the Apple shares value by using some fairly sophisticated mathematics.
